FAHB Lab alumni spotlight

Wow! Time flies. I am so excited to honor two former FAHB Lab members with a spotlight post celebrating their upcoming PHDs! Both former FAHB Lab members will be hooded for their doctoral degree this May. Let's take a look at a quick snapshot of what they've accomplished:

Lorraine Becerra, BCBA: Lorraine was a FAHB Lab member from 2012-2014, and helped me kickstart my collaboration with Ventura County Office of Education. She will be graduating with her PhD in Disabilities Disciplines from Utah State University next month. She has taught courses at both the graduate and undergraduate level, has first-authored and co-authored several papers, has presented her research in many interesting places (across the US, Russia, Brazil), and has been an amazing colleague to see grow and flourish! (Update: She is now an Assistant Professor at Missouri State University!)

Holly Gover, BCBA: Holly was a FAHB Lab member from 2014-2016, and will be graduating with her PhD in Behavior Analysis from Western New England University next month. For the past three years, she has been a lead clinician at the Life Skills clinic, which is renowned for its cutting-edge research on functional analysis. She also was the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis' media coordinator, a part of the CCBS' Exceptional Student Group, and a lead author on a paper she wrote in the FAHB Lab that was recently published in JABA. She will soon be a Lead Consultant at FTF Behavioral Consulting in Massachusetts.

THREE CHEERS for the many accomplishments of these two amazing ladies!!
